Then, I realized this knowledge created a BIG gap between me and other athletes.

I learned about the strategic approach to performance.

Why I started The Mentality Lab

When I was growing up, I was an undersized athlete.
But, I always craved reaching my max potential:
think faster, train harder, move better.
Nothing ever seemed out of reach.
I always thought, “I can do this, why not me?”
I’d ask my coaches, “how do I get better?”
I was told:
”Get bigger, faster, stronger.”
So, I followed their programs…
I didn’t get bigger, faster, or stronger.
They couldn’t tell me how to improve.

So, I just obsessed on figuring it out myself.

From 17-25 years old,
I dedicated 8 straight years learn how to become
the best athlete I possibly could.
