Q: Do I get coaching on this program or am I on my own?
A: You will be coached in this program!
Q: I’ve never worked out, is this for me?
A: Yes! We have people in the program all over the spectrum. Some that have worked out their entire lives and some that have never stepped foot in a gym.
Q: How often should I expect to workout?
A: We urge most people to workout 3-5x per week. Workouts last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on your availability.
Q: How long will this take to see results?
A: We see the most transformative results in the first 90 days. Then, the routine and habits are stabilized for longevity and long-term success.
Q: Can I just do this on my own?
You can, but why haven’t you? The longer you wait, the worse it gets. Taking action is the quickest way to get results. Most people run on a hamster wheel of indecision because they think they’ll learn it on their own or it will get better with time.
